Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • Return instructions, and

  • The address where the item should be sent.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact.relievia@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
